The fact is that these videographers are very much the same people as the ones that come out of NYC and LA, but they are on the smaller side and work on a tight budget. I’m not saying that this is a bad thing either.

Just because you ask for a couple of hours of your life to do something that you do NOT want to do, doesnt mean that you have to do it.
The videographer is the one who can be held accountable if she/he makes a mistake, or if the photo is taken in bad light or takes too long. Videographers are human and they all make mistakes. The camera has the ability to capture these moments with great fidelity, but the videographer has to be aware of it. Videographers often want the final product for themselves and not their clients, and that’s a huge red flag.
