I have no idea what this means for the federal government, but I can’t wait to see where the blame is laid for this.
I know I can’t answer these questions but it must be worth a shot.
Congress has the power to make laws, but its also the power to make rules. It’s the power to make the rules. The power to create rules, though, is a different kettle of fish. Most rules are set by the public (usually by the government), but it’s rarely the government who sets the rules in the first place. In fact, most regulations are set by the people who created them.
For instance, the law against paying for online gambling is set by the California legislature, but the people who created this law are part of the California government (its part of the state budget, after all). The rule against calling the police when you feel threatened by someone who has a gun is set by people who feel threatened by the people who have guns.
The government is also set to implement the laws set by the people who created these law by the people who created them.
The people who created law sets the laws, and the people who set the law sets the rules. The people who created law sets rules, and the people who set the rules is just more people who have no power. The people who set the rules has the power over the people who set the rules.
So if you have the power to change the rules, you have the power to change the rules. Since it is the people who set the rules who also dictate the rules, you can’t really change the rules from the inside. You have to change the rules from the outside. Since the people who set the rules have the power over the people who set the rules, it’s not possible for the people who set the rules to change the rules from the outside.
In the real world, you can’t change the rules from the outside. If you do that, then you are no longer the person who set the rules and have to live with that. The only way that you can really change the rules from the outside is if you have the power to change the rules. But since it is the people who set the rules who also dictate the rules, then its not really possible for the people who set the rules to change the rules from the outside.
